Connect Nano to the Internet

To connect Nano to the Internet, first, install our Q&C App to your iOS or Android device: Download Q&C App - iOS Download Q&C App - Android
In the Q&C App, go to the Devices menu
Push Add Device
Follow the instructions on the screen
After Nano gets internet access and finds our server, you then complete the setup information, such as your device name and what filter you are using.
Can I add the same device to more than one user profile? Currently, it is not possible to add the same device to more than one profile. Only one user can be assigned to each device. The reason is privacy. For example, if you buy a Nano from a second-hand market, you want to be the only user who can reach your device.
What if more than one user wants to control the same unit?
The solution is to use a common profile. Register an account for the device, for you and other people who want to control the same Nano. Share your account with the other users. A device can be assigned to only one user at a time. If you add a device to your profile, the previous owner will get a notification and lose the device under his account.
